How do I use Tané Scalp Care Treatment?
- Shake well.
- Drop 3-5 drops on clean scalp and massage into your scalp-skin each night before bed. To stimulates blood flow to your hair follicles and encourage hair growth. This is best used on freshly cleaned scalp-skin, free from any hair care products.
- Repeat every 2-3 days or as needed
Consistent use is the key to success - use every 2-3 days or as needed depending on your specific scalp conditions and how the scalp-skin absorbs the product. And remember, even on the days you don’t use Scalp Care Treatment you should still massage your scalp - love on that scalp!
Can anyone use Tané Scalp Care Treatment? YES! TANÉ scalp care products - including Tané Scalp Care Treatment - can be used by anyone, if you have skin you can use Tané products! This product is all about nourishing and protecting your scalp-skin, it can be used by everyone, no matter your hair type.
Are your products and ingredients clean? Yes, we use high quality, all-natural, clean ingredients. All of our products are free of phthalates, parabens, mineral oil, sulfates, silicones, cortisones, artificial dyes and fragrances.
When do I use Tané Scalp Supertonic? Tané Scalp Supertonic is your shampoo alternative. Use Scalp Supertonic when you want instant scalp relief, you want to disinfect your scalp, or you scalp just needs a refresh - sometimes your scalp skin doesn’t feel clean due to natural sweating and from hair products. TANÉ Scalp Supertonic has got you covered.
I have a ‘protective style’, can I still use Tané Scalp Care products? YES! Please protect and nurture your scalp-skin with Scalp Care Treatment and Supertonic while wearing protective styles. Regardless of your choice of styling your scalp-skin must stay protected and clean, Scalp Care Treatment and Supertonic will do just this; keeping your scalp-skin fresh and clean of build up.
Can I use Tané Scalp Care Treatment and Supertonic on my beard? YES! You have skin under there and our Superfood and Supertonic can help to protect and nourish the hair follicles of your beard, just as it does for your scalp-skin.
Just spray Tané Scalp Supertonic onto the beard and massage into your skin. Then apply a few drops of Tané Scalp Care Treatment onto your finger tips and massage into the skin under your beard. Repeat daily as part of your face wash routine.
Where do you ship to? Domestic and international - we ship worldwide.
How long will it take for my Tané order to be delivered? We ship within 2 business days. Domestic deliveries then take 2-3 business days, while international deliveries take 5-10 business days via DHL.
Due to COVID-19 shipping times may vary slightly depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
How much does shipping cost? US domestic shipping is free on orders over $200. For international orders and orders under $200 you can choose your delivery method at checkout where the full cost will be displayed.
How do I track my order? Firstly, thank you for your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Follow the link to track your package.
If you can’t find your confirmation email, please reach out to contactus@tanecare.com and we will send you your tracking information.
Can I return or refund my Tané product? Because Tané Scalp Care, Scalp SuperTonic and Soap products are categorized as personal care, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
We can only offer exchanges to replace items that are delivered defective on damaged. If you have experienced this, please reach out to us on contactus@tanecare.com to replace the item.
Can I exchange my Tané product? If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email to contactus@tanecosmeceuticals.com
We offer like-for-like exchanges on defective or damaged items. Items for exchange are to be returned to: TANÉ Care, 440 N Barranca Ave, Suite 3565, Walnut CA 91789.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping for returning your item. If you are returning an item over $65, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Times for replacement items to be shipped may vary depending on delivery address.
